The meeting will take place at UCLouvain campus at Woluwe, near Brussels. The campus can be reached by metro from Brussels downtown (station ALMA). Travel time is about 20 minutes.
Here you can find a map of the Brussels metro. It is also recommended to visit the Brussels public transportation website. It's highly discouraged to come by car to the Woluwe campus.
Working sessions will be held in two meeting rooms: Auditoire Maisin and Centre Faculte 1. Coffee breaks and registration desk will be placed in the entrance hall of "Auditoires centraux" just close to Auditoire Maisin. A map of the campus can be found here.
Clear signalisation will be placed from metro station ALMA to both meeting rooms.
