November 29 (Tue) - Welcome drink
On the evening of Nov 29, there will a welcome drink in Louvain-La-Neuve. It is organized at the Louvain House at 18h30. The address is "Trav. Comte Yves du Monceau, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve" but the path will also be indicated from the city centre.
November 30 (Wed) - Poster session
At the end of the first day of the workshop, a poster session is organised, with Beers and Cheese. It will start right after the session and will happen right outside the workshop venue.
December 1 (Thu) - Social dinner
At the end of the second day of the workshop, there will be an organized social dinner. It is organized at the Martin's Hotel in the city center of Louvain-La-Neuve (close to the hotels and 20 minutes from the workshop venue).
