Attention: Do not confuse Louvain-la-Neuve with Louvain (the French translation of the Flemish city of Leuven).
Louvain-la-Neuve is a university city with facilities aimed at students. Hence the accommodation options are limited. However, UCLouvain has some special rates with two hotels*, the Ibis Hotel and the Martin's Hotel. The cost per night for the Ibis is 95 Euros and 100 Euros for the Martin's Hotel (both the rates include the complimentary breakfast). You can choose whether to avail of these options or not on the registration page. For those who requested accommodation before July 15, the organizers will reserve the room on your behalf for the dates indicated by the participant in the Ibis Hotel or Martin's Hotel (based on the availability). After this deadline, the request will be considered based on availability. Participants will be responsible for paying their accommodation costs. In case of cancellation, let us know at least 48 hours before the event (please note that there will be cancellation fee imposed by the hotel).

The workshop will take place in the auditorium, Place croix du Sud, SUD-19,
Université catholique de Louvain,
Louvain-la-Neuve. The auditorium is located within walking distance from the Ibis Hotel, Gite Mozaïk, and Train station. Please see the below map for details.
