Submission deadline
Once you submit the abstract on stochastic gravitational-wave background-related studies, we will get back to you with the confirmation within two days.

Posters should be in A0 portrait format.

If you wish not to carry the posters to the workshop by yourself, we can print them for you with UCLouvain printing/computing facilities.

The printing cost (10 euros) will be collected during the workshop.

To make this process easy, we request you to send us the posters by email (jishnu.suresh@uclouvain.be AND federico.delillo@uclouvain.be) before September 01.
