Description
In this talk I describe the simulation of QCD radiation in top quark decays. I will not assume prior knowledge of parton showers, and I will try to build up a fair picture of what one is, using top decay as an example. Particular attention is given to the physics behind the HERWIG parton shower. Some gory
details of the new HERWIG++ top decay shower are described, and some results relating to jet structure in e+e-->ttbar events will be shown.
