What Do We Know About the Top Quark? - Recent Results from RunII at CDF

More than ten years after the discovery of the top quark we still know very little about it. It's mass is known with great precision, but the knowledge of its other properties, for instance its couplings, its electric charge, its spin, are mostly inferred or assumed. It is only recently that we have been able to measure them with any precision. The production mechanism(s) for the top quark are similarly not yet precisely measured. I will review the current status of some of these measurements, and take a look ahead to what can be achieved at the LHC.
