Description
Strong Resonances
I will discuss how to treat heavy resonances when strong forces are present.
The role of gauge invariance and interferences to cancel high energy divergences and keep unitarity will be analyzed. At strong regimes, the importance of higher order corrections become important too to avoid unitarity violation, and eventually perturbative methods are not useful anymore. I will discuss some unitarization methods. Finally I will pose the question on how to go in both directions of resummation and gauge invariance for treating unstable particles
