Description
I will review the state-of-the-art of the theoretical predictions for neutral Higgs production cross section via gluon fusion in the SM and in the MSSM, where the spectrum consists of 2 CP-even and 1 CP-odd Higgses. I will then present a calculation of the NLO QCD quark/squark/gluino corrections to CP-odd Higgs production performed in collaboration with G.Degrassi and P.Slavich [JHEP 1108, 128 (2011)].
The computation is based on an asymptotic expansion in the large supersymmetric masses, assumed to be much larger than the bottom, top and Higgs masses. In particular, no specific hierarchy between the top and Higgs masses is assumed. We also compute the top contribution via Taylor expansions in the small external momentum, valid for Higgs masses below the t-tbar threshold. We obtain explicit and compact analytic results which can be easily implemented in computer codes for an efficient and accurate evaluaton of the cross section.
