Description
Contrary to QCD, there are no Dirac Fermions in Chiral Gauge Theories. This difference can change the whole IR dynamic with unusual features, like no pions but massless proton. Certainly, our ignorance of these simple models severely hampers our ability to find any application of them in a physical theory describing nature. And unfortunately, they cannot be simulated on Lattice due to the Nielsen–Ninomiya theorem. Different approaches have been proposed but stay at the level of conjectures. Fortunately, by using functional methods we can now, from first principles, determine and compute relevant quantities in the IR of these class of theories. After reviewing what we don't know about Chiral Gauge Theories, I will present how we can probe the IR through a specific example.
