Advanced technologies for radiation detectors

After a presentation of CNM Institute I will make a short introduction to silicion radiation detectors. Later we will review different advanced technologies used to fabricate new detectors as p-type technology, 3D detectors, slim-edge alternatives, SOI thin detectors, and 3D packaging. We will finish with a short review of detectors with internal amplification.
