Description

My talk discusses the prospects of constraining fundamental physics with
Gravitational Wave (GW) detection. In particular, I will focus on
Stochastic GW Background (SGWB) measurements. After a general
introduction to the topic, I will discuss a few mechanisms capable of
generating large SGWBs and show how GW measurements might constrain the
parameter spaces of these models. The last part of my seminar will be
devoted to conclusions and future perspectives for the research field.
