The top quark pair production will be the first complex process observed at LHC (leptons, jets, b-jets and missing transverse energy). Its observation will then be an interesting commissioning tools, and can be achieved after few inverse pb of integrated luminosity. This presentation will describe the current work of the CMS dileptonic ttbar work group, who has just published 3 private drafts (CMS AN-2009/047, CMS AN-2009/050 and CMS AN-2009/051). A public analysis note, regrouping these 3 studies, will also be released soon.
