Description

Adrien Caudron - Search of new boson decaying in a b anti-b quark pair at LHC with the CMS detector *Abstract*: Study of llbb final state with CMS detector and search of a new boson signature with the same finale state. We want to look at h0/A->bb predicted in 2HDM models implying also the development of performing double b-tagging tools. Camille Beluffi - Matrix Element Method applied to search for new physics. *Abstract* : The Matrix Element is applied to the topology llbb in both inclusive and exclusive way to look for process beyond the Standard Model. In order to evaluate the discriminant power of this method, it is tested to distinguish two Standard Model process from their backgrounds : Z(ll)bb and Z(ll)H(bb).
