Running the London Tier2

The London Tier2 is a distributed computing infrastructure spanning five London universities that provides 2300 cpu and 100TB of storage to the LHC experiments. I will describe the infrastructure and its operation model. In particular I will concentrate on the monitoring of such a Tier2 and how it helps to improve the service we provide to the 21 virtual organizations we support.
