DESCRIPTION: \nThe 'Neutrinos in the Multi-Messenger Era' conference aims
  to bring together the scientific communities working on high-energy neutr
 inos\, from an experimental point of view as well as from a theoretical an
 d phenomenological perspective. In addition to presentations of theoretica
 l models of astrophysical neutrinos\, the conference will include reviews 
 of the latest experimental results and prospects for the next decade. Each
  session will end with a general discussion of the presented results. Addi
 tionally\, we organise a poster session for young researchers.\n \nThe wo
 rkshop will be divided into two parts: the first part\, focusing on neutri
 nos\, will be organised from December 8th to December 11th 2026\, in Louva
 in-la-Neuve\, Belgium. It follows the previous edition organised in 2022:
