• American pastry Danielle Foster, founder of Cook with Danielle, American based in Belgium, will share her passion for baking through typical recipes. (Workshop in English with possibility of translation into French)

• Apple juice manufacturing With Terre@air, explore the journey of fruit, from the apple tree to the bottle. Discover the role of bees, the crusher and the press in the creation of fresh juice. (Workshop in French)

• Cocktails and drinks Tchelo Concept, a duo of creative Brussels liquorists, will introduce you to the art of cocktails and drink service.
