Travel indications
The workshop takes place in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
Arrival by train: From Brussels airport, there are several connections to Louvain-la-Neuve, see the webpage of the SNCB
Do not take the train to Louvain (30km north of Louvain-la-Neuve)!
From the train station/city center it is a 15 minutes walk to the Mathematics department. The address is Chemin du Cyclotron 2. (A map of Louvain-la-Neuve can be dowloaded here, the institute is in square F9.)
Accommodation
We have reserved some hotel rooms for participants at Ibis Louvain-la-Neuve . Please get in contact with the hotel directly, and send them a booking request using this form.
You can also book your accommodation directly with one of the homestays (airbnb-style) from this list. Additionally, there is the youth hostel-like Gîte-auberge Kaleo.
One more option is to book your accommodation in Brussels; the train commute to Louvain-la-Neuve takes 35-60min (depending on which of Brussels' train stations you use to get on board).
